I love how everyone keeps asking how to download but doesn't realize when someone actually tells them what to do.

I usually download them via torrent sites,
but the seeds r few sometimes,
plus u might not find all the seasons

Hi I can't seem to download any files from following site;
I go through everthing and when about to download a yellow bar appears saying internet explorer is blocking the file download, so I right click on the yellow bar and select to download this file but nothing happens.

I have pop up blocker switched off, can someone help me out I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
